Per Imperial Interstellar Scout Service regulation the raw data generated on [1731] Grote/Spinward Marches, by the Special Backup Surveyor, L.E. Whipnade, is made available to the public. The Surveyor failed to submit proper and timely reports and failed to make basic observataions as instructed. Data was neccessarily recovered from bar napkins, greasy bibs and assorted scraps of paper transported by Special Courier at tremendous cost. Physical survey, chronological, grammatical and factual errors have been substaniated. The IISS does not endorse this data.
