LYNN BALDWIN (Fiddle, Harmonica, Vocals. Harmony))
Lynn, a multi-talented, true Southerner, was born and raised in Arkansas, and spent several years in Branson Missouri at Silver Dollar City - where he and his wife Linda met. Lynn has a unique fiddle playing style and with years of musical experience, he is a natural on the bluegrass, traditional mountain music, and old country standards. Basically, Lynn is an ole’ country boy in every way (remember: “A hillbilly is a terrible thing to waste”). Audiences love his blend of musical talent, personality and sense of humor. One of Lynn’s hobbies is the care and repair of fiddles, and he has written articles on the subject for fiddler publications. Lynn is featured on popular standards such as Man of Constant Sorrow, Cindy, Cindy, and In The Jailhouse Now.

Carolyn grew up in Tennessee, listening to the music of the Carter Family and the Grand Ole' Opry. Classically trained in voice and piano, she returned to her roots when she began playing the upright bass. She was a founding member of the Ribbons 'n Straw women's bluegrass band, and continued with them until they disbanded. She played with the Mountain Music Band and the Sweet ‘n Sassy women's trio. Her original compositions reflect her background in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Among her original songs performed by the band are My Tennessee Home, and Smokey Mountain Love.
RANDY
MELGAARD (Banjo,
Fiddle. Vocals, Harmony)
Randy is from Phoenix, Arizona, where he played with a number of groups. He has been playing bluegrass banjo since 1976, and the fiddle since the 1964. His long neck “E” banjo gives a unique sound, and his collection of rare musical instruments shows his love of all music. Randy previously played with the Mountain Music Band, and burns up the banjo on songs like Blackberry Blossom and Foggy Mountain Breakdown, plays beautiful fiddle on Bile them Cabbage and Faded Love, and is featured on vocals like Wreck of the Ole'97 and Dooley.
JEFF
WEAVER (Rhythm
Guitar, Banjo, Bass, Vocals, Harmony)
Jeff comes to us from Minnesota where he first learned guitar in high school. He first played banjo when in the Navy, where he also played guitar and started a ships band- "The Doo-Dahs'. He played in a bluegrass band in Nebraska, and later started the Lamb of God Lutheran Church Praise Band with his family and composed music for this group. Jeff became involved with the Las Vegas Bluegrass Scene in 2002 and began playing bass with the G & C Conspiracy. Jeff’s rich baritone voice is featured on many standard bluegrass songs and gospels such as Just a Little Talk with Jesus, and his bass harmony rounds out the full sound of Backward Glance. Listen for him on the upbeat Can’t You Hear Me Callin’ and many other tunes.
