This baja belongs to Paulie from Hinton Oklahoma.

Hi, I'm Paul (veedubyadude). This is me "doing it for the crowd" at a tough truck meet here in Oklahoma...
I say "doing it for the crowd" since they only let me run as exhibition because I wasn't four wheel drive!! Oh Well the crowd still loved it !!!!
Sorry for the poor quality of the pics. They are photos of the video my wife took..

My family and I (wife, son 17, daughter 14,) live in central Oklahoma. We live about seven miles from the South Canadian River. When the river is down the fun begins.. It is a real hot spot for 4X4s sand rails, and ATVs. Our Baja is the only one I've seen out there.. "People don't know what they are missing"... Nothing like driving around a big 4X4 that is stuck in the sand and asking if they need any help!! I bought this car along with two others (parts cars) and a pick-up load of parts (some junk, some good) for $550... It looked pretty sad.. But we all know that Baja's evolve!! Here is a picture before we brought it home.. I've built an eight point roll cage, beefed up the front and rear end, added front and rear skid plates, totally rewired it, .. Oh well, you can the guess the rest....... The engine is a mostly stock single port 1600... This car is built mostly out of spare parts,, and yes we use it HARD!!! I say build it and use it!!! and this one is built cheap! Here are a couple of pictures of me pulling my son in the river in about three inches of water on a wake board.. at about 25 mph...

Good "clean?" FUN!!!

Here are a few "better" pics of us at the South Canadian River in western Oklahoma..

This is me cooling off the Kin-Fokls,, I told the they "might" get wet..(ha ha)

Here I am crossing the river with my son skiing in the spray....

More skiing...Just before my son crashed at about 30 mph. in the sand on the back of his head.(headache rest of the day...nice rasberry on the noggin)

See Ya,,,, Paulie F
