Bubble Wand Axle Junction

Here is the junction of the steel cable to the bubble wand axle. I don't have very good lighting here.... but I think I used a standoff on the cable end which threaded into plastic tubing, which then adapted to a screw wand-axle-shaft, which makes a friction bearing through a hole in an angle iron.
