Air Quality Regulations - The Federal EPA, California Air Resources Board, Ozone Transport
Commission, and other states have promulgated Consumer Product Regulations and more are pending.
I evaluate formulations and label copy to assist with compliance. In addition, I complete semiannual
CARB Consumer Product Emmissions reporting semiannually.

Air Permits and emissions reports - Many facilities are required to apply for an Air Permit and
complete emissions reports annually. I have experience in this area.

Remediation Projects - I coordinated two cost effective environmental remediation projects which
have both been designated as "No Further Action".

RCRA Hazardous Waste - I managed the Hazardous waste which was produced at the facility and
implemented a number of waste reduction procedures..

Superfund (SARA, CERCLA) - I complete the various SARA reports required annually.
