Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. The word "Kiwanis" actually means "We Trade" or "We have a good time and make noise".

The Kiwanis Club of Bellevue, or simply Bellevue Kiwanis, is a local community service organization with the core task of serving the children of the world.  We are open to men and women age 18 and over who are interested in making Bellevue a better place to live.

There are two Kiwanis Clubs in Bellevue, we are "The Morning Club". We meet weekly on Thursdays at 7:00 a.m. at the Holiday Inn Express, 10804 S 15th St (near Walmart) in Bellevue.  You are invited to attend a meeting any week. Click here to visit "The Afternoon Club's" website.

November 2007: Nebraska Key Leader Camp was a big success.
August 2007: Bellevue Kiwanis painted a trailer and shed for the annual Brush-up Nebraska Paint-A-Thon.
	June 2007: Participants lined up for the Bellevue Kiwanis Annual Golf Scramble.
April 2007: In conjunction with Bellevue Artists Association, Bellevue Kiwanis held the 2007 AC Lofton Bellevue High School Art Show at Bellevue West.  321 Art items were on display from  Bellevue West, Bellevue East, Bryan and Gross High Schools, grades 9 through 12.
	February-March 2007: Bellevue Kiwanis partnered with the Bellevue Public Schools Early Childhood Development Center and Lied Activity Center to provide swimming lessons for 72 youngsters through our "Every Child A Swimmer" program.
December 2006: Bellevue Kiwanis helps out the Salvation Army with bell ringing at Twin Creek Plaza.
	November 2006: Bellevue Kiwanis Club donated 60 food baskets to families in need in the Bellevue area last Thanksgiving.  Our baskets were delivered on November 18th.
October 2006: Bellevue Kiwanis Club assembles for the highway cleanup along Cornhusker between 25th and 36th streets.
