What has become of our culture
that we changed what we expect.
It seems we lost our tolerance
as our youth has no respect.

Do we not respect our elders
or the teachers in our schools.
Police officers are looked down on
just as voters are called fools.

How can we become united
when we don't show any respect.
And for the laws of our great nation
which many have come to neglect.

We're just so very fortunate
that our God is so forgiving.
He allows some more chances
for us to change and go on living.
