Poetry from the Heart respects your privacy.

I adhere to the COPPA laws and no information is collected from Children under the age of 14. I ask that if they wish to post to my guest book or email me that they have their parents or guardian do it for them.

Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Poetry from the Heart.

Remember the guest book is not part of Poetry of the Heart and is hosted by a service that lets my guest post messages, and information left there could be used by the guest book host or anyone else that can see your information.

This is a free guest book and not on my server and the password protected control area is for my monitoring entries to the guest book only.

Credit card details
Poetry from the Heart has no need for Credit Card details as I do not sell anything.

Remember The Risks Whenever You Use The Internet, While I do my best to protect your personal information, I cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to the Poetry from the Heart guest book, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your priviate information.

My guest book is accessible to everyone so PLEASE don't leave your email address if you don't want anyone to have it, especially young school children.

Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and Poetry from the Heart does not use cookies to collect personal information.
