The purpose of this page is to give you a resource for Session. Information will be updated when as soon as I get it and will be placed in bold.
Dates: Thursday, July 10th through Sunday, July 13th
Cost: $140 if paid before May 31st plus money for transportation, meals on the way there and back, & spending money.
Transportation: We are possibly sharing a bus with Bethel 42. It is estimated that it will cost between $50 and $60 per girl.
Medical Form: You *MUST* fill out a medical form in order to be registered for Session.
Fund Raisers:
Egg Sales: Each girl earned $1 per egg sold.
Soup Sale: From March 16th-April 14th. Girls can earned a minimum of $2.90 per packet of soup sold.
Car Wash: On May 10th at the SOnic on Little Creek Road. All money earned will go towards the travel funds of those who show-up and work.

Competitions: Individual Competitions include dance, arts & crafts, scrapbook, music, etc. Mom Christi should have more information at a later date. You *MUST* preregister for these competitions. (If participating in music you must send in copies of your selection.)
Group Competitions include Banner, Choir, Scrapbook, and Dress-a-like. We can also create teams up to 4 members for Ritual Ruckus (a team competition based on questions from the ritual).
Dress a-like: Daughters have picked out their dress alikes and Mom Missie is going to help us out with them. I will not put up any more information about them up here so other bethels don't get our ideas. :o) I will post the price information as soon as we get that figured out.)
Suggested Packing list: (based on the Grand Guardian Council newsletter)
bed linens-sheets & pillow cases
bath towels (extra for swimming) & wash cloths
Blanket
pillow
flashlight
extension cord
fan/radio (only 1 per room, so talk with your roommate)
Robe & other regalia (only for those participating in various events)
swimsuit
outerwear (in case of chilly weather)
rain gear
personal tolietry items
hangers for clothing
appropriate attire
Appropriate Attire for each event (based on the Grand Guardian Council newsletter)
Formal opening on Thursday night: Semi-Formal (long or short dressy dress)
Grand Bethel Meeting on Friday: Dress or skirt
Grand Bethel Installation on Friday night: Dress or skirt (unless chosen as a Grand Bethel officer or Represenatitive in which you will need to wear a formal)
Grand Council Installation on Saturday night: Semi-Formal
Church Service on Sunday: Sunday dress or skirt
At most other times casual dress is acceptable. (Note no short-shorts or bare midriffs!)
