~*I once had a kitty*~
all playful and bright,
He was butterscotch Yellow
and trimmed in white,
He came to my door
hungry and weak,
his life was lonely
spent on the street,
Just an orphan kitty
yet my prince,
I've never had a kitty
like him since,
He walked thru my door
and into my heart,
It was love at first site
right from the start,
I fed him and loved him
he decided to stay,
Never more roaming the streets,
no more to stray
He moved in and quickly
became king of the house,
feeding on gourmet
no more chasing a mouse,
Very quickly he learned
to get close to my head,
as the two of us snuggled
at night in my bed,
He'd grab at my hair
and twirl it around,
While he made
his delightful purring sound,
He'd sit on my lap
and give me a hug,
then give my ear
a little tug,
My kitty was special
in so many ways,
At night he was my comfort
He brightened my days,
Death came to quickly
to Bo my cat,
and now i wonder
Bo where you at?
You were so special
a precious little thing,
I know my Bo now wears
Angel Wings,
I'll remember you always
and still ay your name,
Life is empty without you
it will never be the same,
I've cried many tears
yet you cannot return,
So up there in heaven
I believe he still runs,
and now i must tell you
your spirit i set free,
I'll keep you in my heart
you are special to me,
Rest in peace now my little Bo
you are so dear,
And in my Heart
~*you will ALWAYS be here..*~
