This rather large building is the InFusion underwater dance club. It is the only such facility in AquaMetropolis, and was financed with both private and public moneys. The government felt that it would do the populous good to dance away their worries so they put up half the cost of the project.
The construction of the building is fairly unusual. The innermost wall is a layer of thin trans-blue panels mounted vertically. Outside of this inner shell is a series of horizontally mounted wall sections positioned at key points. The side walls are trans-light-blue glass panels. The front edge of each side is made up of a number of large black column pieces. Two panels with side-mounted bubbles help to refract light from the surface into the building.
Several newly acquired, rare parts are utilized to hi-light the structure. Two pillars of red "lattice" pieces surround the central structure. These were obtained in a recent trade with other local builders. Additionally, some of the inner blue panels were recently obtained in similar trades..
The dome at the top is the elite dance floor. This area is often rented out for private parties and/or corporate events.

This is the interior of the club. The DJ is situated in the yellow structure in the center. No speakers are visible since all the guests wear diving gear equipped with radio receivers. The music is broadcast on these frequencies. The readio equipment inside the diving gear produces good treble response, but the small speakers cannot accurately produce bass. Therefore, the bass is produced separately. The 3 round gray objects that look like radar dishes are actually huge sub-woofers that project the bass line through the water. Guests feel the beat rippling through their body.
The interior is bathed in an eerie blue light. This enhances the psychedelic rush of the dancing.
Speaking of dancing, moving to the beat is rather difficult under water. As one can see, all the guests must wear heavy diving equipment in order to survive in the underwater environment. Because the equipment and water slows movements, the club typically plays music with a slow beat. Rap music is the preferred format.
