Students of LEGO City 1 may remember the motor cycle factory being the largest building in that area. This was due to the incredible popularity of the 3-wheeled motorcycles. Unfortunately, a series of fatal accidents occurred involving these cycles and people began considering the vehicles unsafe. The cycle factory countered with new safety devices and batteries of tests to prove the safety of their products, but it was to no avail. Sales plummeted, and when it came time to fund a building in LEGO City 2, the company could only afford a small structure. Their products are now only purchased for industrial needs and by hard-core hobbyists.
The building is a three-story structure that grows progressively smaller on each story. The first floor is the assembly line. The second floor houses the offices, and the third floor is an observation platform.
