Harbor Square is a newly refurbished area of LEGO city 2 that lies on the waterfront.

In the middle of the picture is the LEGO City 2 funhouse. It is the brown and yellow house. This building dates back to medieval times and has been refurbished into a scary funhouse. Various actors dressed up in skeleton and ghost costumes attempt to lure customers.
This is the coastguard headquarters for the harbor. The second floor houses prison cells. In the highly unlikely case that the police station's facilities were full, these cells could be used to hold prisoners. So far, they have not been used. The top floor houses the offices of the coastguard. Coastguard personnel spend their days plotting how to create more rules and regulations so that nobody can have any fun in the water.
