On the left is the local TV station ( "TV2"). On the upper-most floor can be seen the news room. The news anchor reads the news perched inside the observation dome. When viewed on TV, this gives viewers the perception that the news anchor is floating above the city.

On the top-right of the photo, the red and yellow building is the signal station. This building houses the signalling engineer and his equipment. The signaling engineer ensures that the trains are stopped and started on the correct schedule.
