This is the M:Tron Security Headquarters building. The upper tower houses office space for investigators.
The lower two floors contain interrogation chambers and holding cells.
The tower uses my "vertical shell" technique. The inner skeleton of floors and supports is mounted in the standard way. However, the exterior skin is a mounted vertically. The skin is attached to the base with several Aquazone columns (with studs on the sides).
