This church is loosely based on S. Carlo alle Quattro Fontane in Rome.
It is my most aggressive use of curves and non-standard brick mounting so far (11/2/00)

Many of the parts on this building are mounted upside down or vertically. I tried to ensure that it was really possible to mount the parts as shown.
Note that there are only 3 bands of truly "curved" portions of the building. The rest of the building is actually "angled." The three curved bands appear to fool the eye though into thinking that the entire facade is curved.
I couldn't really build this building with real LEGO because I don't have enough of the angled wall parts. Also, I don't have enough white column pieces. However, I can see this building being within reach of some people. I didn't use any super-rare parts.
