The city architect, Hans Brickstopherson, was living in this house. Generally, the architect frowns on official designs from the LEGO group because they tend to be excessively "juniorized." However, this is one of the few official designs that he likes. In fact, it is one of his favorite sets at the moment. It is called "Poolside Paradise" #6414 and has not been available for about 7 years. Luckily, the architect was able to purchase an original copy of the house from a neighboring warehouse. Although the architect likes the house, he likes the parts even better, and has now destroyed the house to use the parts elsewhere.
