I have more than 8 years of Help Desk experience. This experience
includes:
- Administered developmental software testing, which involved test personnel
in assessing software functions.
- Evaluated interface design criteria, resulting in improved usability of

and phases of test operations.
- Wrote, designed and produced test specifications and test cases in
