of Kaloko. Tucked in a cozy area at 1400' elevation, you may encounter wild
turkeys in the early morning hours. Surrounded by a lush tropical setting, papaya,
pineapples, and avocados await to be picked for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the fantastic 180 degree panoramic coastal views from our spacious 1000 sq. ft.
open floor plan. From the awesome sunrises to the golden sunsets to the
twinkling city lights at night. Take advantage of being able to prepare
tasty
tropical cocktails and dinner from our fully stocked kitchen & outdoor
barbecue grill. Sip your drinks as you enjoy the fabulous views from
our lanai.
Just minutes away from Ali'i Drive, Costco, Borders, Starbucks,
Safeway, snorkeling beaches,
coffee farms & many other sightseeing attractions. The spectacular Big Island Country
Club Golf Course & Kona Country Club Championship Golf Courses are just a 15
minute drive in opposite directions. Make time to tour one of the Kona
Coffee Farms & the Macadamia Nut Farm.
The Big Island offers many things to do and see. It is home of the Iron Man
Triathlon in the Fall and the Merrie Monarch Hula Festival in the Spring. Come experience the Sprit

We invite you to stay in our home away from home. |
$120 per night.
Double occupancy.
| $300
reservation/security deposit due 45 days prior to arrival. This
ensures that proper care is taken of the premises. The deposit less
an exit cleaning fee of $100 shall be refunded within 14 days of
check out date. Entire rental rate is due 30 days prior to your
arrival. Cancellations will be refunded providing we
are able to secure another reservation for that time period. Please
e-mail or call with any questions. Last minute specials & monthly rates available. Please
add an additional 11.25% lodging tax to the total rate amount.
We accept personal checks, money orders, travelers
checks and wire transfers. |
