Financial Policies

COACH Home Extension Classes are designed to be an extension of the homeschool,
not a replacement for it. We are attempting to provide classes that meet
high school graduation and college admission requirements, taught by qualified Christian teachers.
Because our teachers invest much time in preparation, teaching, and record keeping,
we believe that they should be compensated financially.
A tuition payment is due on the first Thursday of the month (Sept.—Dec., Jan.—Apr.).
Checks, NO CASH, for the classes should be made out to the individual teacher.
All fees go through COACH  bookkeeping.
All fees are due by 6 PM on the First Thursday of the month unless prior arrangements have been.
Fees paid after 6 PM on the first Thursday will have a $5.00 charge assessed for each class,
payable to the teacher and must be mailed to the COACH bookkeeper
.

Commitment to a Full Year

Our teachers have made their plans to be with us during the current school year
based on your commitment to them. Please honor your commitment
by being faithful financially as well as in attendance.
After the second week of class, you are responsible for the full amount of class tuition fees.
Exceptions will be considered in cases of catastrophic events or extenuating family circumstances.
Consideration also will be given if a student is enrolled in an unsuitable academic class.
Release from the commitment will only be given when the parent discusses the situation
and a mutual agreement is reached with the parent, COACH and the teacher
.
If needful, a parent may barter with any teacher at any time.
When a mutually agreeable barter is decided, a “Barter Form” must be filled out,
signed by the parent and the teacher, and turned in to COACH to be put in the family file
.
