The Narragansett Times, Wakefield, R.I.: Editor of arts and leisure section that was shared with its sister weekly The Standard-Times; responsibilities involved editing free-lance and staff copy and laying out Wednesday living section that alternated Homes, Health and Food pages; this was in addition to writing features and reviews for Friday arts and leisure section that I also edited; combined circulation 31,000, 11/81-8/89. The Chariho Times, Hope Valley, R.I.: Feature writer and news reporter; occasionally wrote editorials, 10/77-2/81. WBRU-FM, Boston University affiliated radio station: Produced public affairs and wrote news programs on a working assistantship during graduate study; moratorium coverage received UPI regional award (1969); 9/69- 6/70.
