I wanted to photograph the tiger and I discovered he was not fond of photographers because when I approached the bars of his cage he screamed and lunged at me.

He then slinked to the privacy of a tree and glared at me from behind it. During one of those glares I used a 300mm lens to get this image. Nikon D1H, ISO 400, 300mm f/2.8
