Republicans Announce Creation of Party Website

Website expected to increase communication and organizational efficiency

10/13/2002 -- The Hopkinton Republican Party has announced the creation of a new website to replace the website that previously served the committee.  Party officials have been looking into new ways spread their message and communicate with party members who have fallen out of touch with the party.  Brian Scott, Chairman of the Hopkinton Republican Town Committee, said "I think this will be a great step forward for the Town Committee.  Any time we can reach a large number of people in such a quick and timely manner, it's a good thing."  While Scott was quick to point out that the website will be a constant work in progress, he noted that it already is providing much needed services to the Town Committee and the community.  The website is currently located at http://members.cox.net/bjoscott .  Scott indicated that the website will probably be moved to another address in the future but would remain at the current one for the time being.
