6
cyclists from VA, NC, TN, PA, and ME cycled the 444-mile Natchez Trace
through MS, AL, and TN. We began in Jackson, MS and headed south
to Natchez, MS and then followed the Natchez Trace north to Nashville,
TN. We included a side trip to Vicksburg and ended up cycling 700
miles in 9 days. We each carried 40-50 lb of gear and camped
along the way. For more details and some great photos, select the
PowerPoint presentation link near the bottom of the page.

The Natchez Trace is lightly traveled and is ideal for
cycling.
