I have completed courses of instruction encompassing fingerprint interpretation and identification at East Los Angeles-Rio Hondo-Long Beach City Colleges and California State University, Long Beach,CA. Also the California Department Of Justice, Sacramento, and The Federal Bureau Of Investigation. |
