Once you have registered your nick you can send and recieve memos.

MemoServ is a utility allowing IRC users to send short messages to other IRC users, whether they are online at the time or not, or to channels. Both the sender's nickname and the target nickname or channel must be registered in order to send a memo.
To get a list of commands, type /msg memoserv help.
For more information on a specific command,
type /msg memoserv help "command".

To send a memo to someone type
/msg memoserv send "nick message".
Example: Let's say you want to send a memo to Dork that says Sorry I missed you. I will be online later.
Type /msg memoserv send Dork Sorry I missed you. I will be online later.

If you recieve a memo while you are connected to ThugEmpire you will be notified immediately. If you recieved any memos while offline you will be notified as soon as you connect and identify.
When you are notified you will be given instructions on how to read your memo(s).
