Seminar #1 – Supervisory Skills – this seminar is for anyone who has to deal with people either on a team or as a boss. The seminar presents a model for working with people that empowers you to be effective and powerful in getting results.  We will discuss Context, Process and Content - the functions of a supervisor – and give you ready to use tools to make your work day easier when working with others.

Seminar #2 – Personality Types – this seminar addresses the varied and different types of personalities we all deal with on a daily basis.  By understanding the proclivities of others and yourself, you can put together a dynamite team of compatible personalities that will give you the best performance.  Some people are naturally better at some tasks than others. By using this information you can assign the right task to the right person.

Seminar #3 - The People Factor - this seminar incorporates parts of all my work. It allows you to understand other people and use that information to motivate with integrity. We also look at how to be the best in supporting the other people on your team.  Take this seminar and you will shine.
