CONVENIENCE

It’s really difficult to believe, but we are a very short three hours away from some of the most magnificent ruins and pyramids in the world!  And we might add, arrived at without jet lag! Think of that!  (Compare that to our Egypt/Israel tour which is sixteen hours of actual flight time, coupled with a nine hour jet lag!  Don’t get us wrong, Israel is a great tour, but  you work for that one!)

Our travelers on our Book of Mormon tours are continually amazed at such marvelous sites that are so close by.  Many confess at their personal disappointment at having waited so long in their lives to enjoy this wonderful travel treat and adventure. And incidentally, on this tour only, we remain in the same hotel the entire duration of the visit. It is our hub from which we travel, all within a 150 mile parameter.  What a welcomed convenience.  No unpacking, packing up and unpacking . . . .it’s wonderful and everyone soon recognizes and appreciates this unique feature.

And to realize that these marvelous sites still don’t have dozens of tour buses in the parking area with hundreds of people at every site, often standing in long lines.  The sites visited are relatively uncrowded.   It’s like a land that is still waiting to be discovered by the masses.  It’s wonderful!

And about the weather?  Well, our tour dates are chosen at a time of year when the weather is near perfect.  Sometimes there is a refreshing rainfall in the late afternoon, and it lasts for only minutes, and then the sky is clear and beautiful.  So refreshing!
