This variant adds one more turn (Epoch VIII) to the game. Seven new Empire cards and seven new Event cards are introduced. Graphics needed to make your own cards for this variant are below.

SCORING:
In Epoch VIII, points are scores as in EPOCH VII, with the following differences: SPECIAL RULES:
Any card with variable duration (Example: Epoch II-VII) that includes Epoch VII may also be played in Epoch VIII. So "Weaponry" can be played in Epoch VIII, whereas "Japan" may not.

COMMENTS:
This variant, besides depicting XXth century events, should help level the luck factor of Epoch VII and favor the players who created "long-lasting" and well distributed empires. In addition, one more turn should force the players to better use their event cards.
