The Lazy Bowen is a total of 1200 square feet on one level. There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. Additional sleeping areas are available when needed. The sunshine filled great room measures 27’ x 27’ with a 32’ wall of glass facing the seaside view.  You have a choice of three seating locations whether you would like to watch TV, read a book, play games or just gaze at the fire. The vintage furnishings are refreshed with new fabrics, rugs and accessories. In addition, family antique pieces have been used to keep the Stevens’ family history alive.

The Lazy Bowen Hideaway is a non-smoking home. Extreme caution should be taken while smoking outside as the Island is experiencing summer drought conditions.
