| The audience recites a prayer with the speaker after each presentation. |
| The Sunday School class at the Shiva-Vishnu Temple in Parma presented
a dramatic version of the Ramayana (in 15 minutes!) under the direction
of Dr. Chaya Swami (second from left). The moms deserve all the credit
for the elaborate props and costumes. |
| Mark George, a professor at the Cleveland Institute of Music, and
a member of Performers and Artists for Nuclear Disarmament (PAND),
presented a musical interlude. |
| Dr. Ali AlHaddad, Ven. Dean Williams and Mr. Paramjit Singh were
presenters. |
| As the audience left the sanctuary, they were invited to light a
candle for peace. Above, three visiting monks who were in Cleveland
to create a Tibetan sand mandala for the Cleveland Institue of Art,
make their offering. Below, BPF member Carolyn Horvath watches as
the audiences helps complete a truly memorable event. |
