Q: Does it cost anything just to enter Rawhide (DOOMTOWN)?
A: NO! Admission is always free to enter Rawhide (DOOMTOWN)
Q: Does anyone touch you?
A: NO! We have a “NO TOUCH” policy. None of our actors will touch you and you cannot touch any of them.
Q: Do you charge for parking?
A: NO, as always there is no charge for parking.
Q: When does The Crypt and The Asylum open, how do I get there?
A: Please refer to the Dates and Times page, or the Direction page.
Q: Is The Crypt and The Asylum open when it RAINS?
A: For safety concerns the attractions do not operate in the rain.
Q: Is The Crypt and The Asylum wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes.
Q: How old do you have to be to get in to the attractions?
A: We do not recommend The Crypt or The Asylum for children under 7 However, it is up to the parents. All children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
A: Single attraction admission (to EITHER The Crypt OR The Asylum) is only $13
Admission to both haunts The Crypt and The Asylum is $17
Rawhide (DOOMTOWN) Town Pass includes ALL attractions for only $24 - Visit Rawhide's webpage for more info on the Town Pass.
Q: Is there a different admission price for children?
A: No.
Q: How can I get a job with The Crypt Haunted Attractions?

Q. What is the best time to arrive?
A. We recommend come early as possibly, Doomtown opens at 6 PM the Haunted Attractions open at 7 PM.
Q. Do The Crypt Haunted Attractions have a Security Team?
A. Yes, the park is patrolled by uniformed & plain clothed Security Officers. The Crypt Haunted Attractions have a Zero Tolerance policy for Trouble Makers.
Trouble Makers will be ejected from the park without refund. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!
Q: Can I wear costumes or masks to The Crypt and The Asylum?
A: Costumes and masks are not allowed for the safety of our employees and guests.
Q. Are there things I am NOT ALLOWED to bring to or wear at The Crypt Haunted Attractions?
A. Yes. No Pets, No Costumes or Halloween makeup unless cleared with us first, No Masks, NO flash photography in any of the haunted attraction.
NO video cameras in the haunted attraction.
Q. Do you give group discounts?
A. Yes! Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more when arrangements are made in Advance - contact Beth at 480-705-2931.

Q. Is it the same as last year?
A. No. The Crypt and The Asylum change aspects of their shows every year so that it can provide a uniquely entertaining experience.
Q: If I do not make it through The Crypt or The Asylum, do I get my money back?
A: Our policy is no refunds. If you did not make it in the door, then your ticket will still be good for a pass another night when you are ready for the experience.
However, each situation is unique, and will be looked into with all attempts in your behalf.
