  4. Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free download) is required to access the topic worksheets. To download Adobe Acrobat Reader click on the icon below. That will transfer you to the Adobe web site. Then follow the download instructions.
  5. Install MSN Messenger [only for Windows operating systems]. The psychologist with whom you are working may instruct you to install MSN Messenger so that you will have an easy way to communicate across the Internet.

MSN Messenger is a free download that enables a user to see when another party is available (online), to make computer to computer voice calls, to video conference, to file share, use text chat, and integrate with other Microsoft software (e.g., Hotmail). By having a person's email address in the Contacts' List for MSN Messenger, a double-click on the online contact name will open a dialog box. One or more individuals can use the text chat to interact.

About once or twice a year, upgrades or updates are posted by Microsoft. When you become aware of them, download the latest version of MSN Messenger as per the instructions on the MSN Messenger web site.

MSN Messenger is part of Internet Explorer. If IE 6.0 is installed on your computer, this download will be unnecessary. If the latest version is not installed, then MSN Messenger should be downloaded as a stand-alone package. To establish MSN Messenger on your Windows machine, follow the steps below.
