MIKE COLE BENEFIT

A Phoenix-area Country Woodstock !!

OVER $4000 RAISED to-date

We had a call to arms’ to help a good friend of COLD SHOTT and a good friend to the local country music scene. Mike Cole was an unfortunate victim of a shooting while camping near the White Tank mountains east of Phoenix on the evening of October 30th 2004.  He was shot in the upper right chest at almost point blank range. Mike was air-evac’d from his campsite to St. Joseph’s Hospital (Phx) that night and had 6 hours of emergency surgery. He had a punctured lung, intestine, liver, and kidney, lost a lot of blood and suffered a mild heart attack after intensive surgery.  He was in intensive care for almost 3 weeks and in the hospital for a total of 4 weeks.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s department is currently investigating this case.

Due to large medical bills that must be borne by the Cole’s, his family and friends are banding together to sponsor a public benefit that will provide entertainment throughout the day. Dining was provided as part of entry donation.

Cash bar was available.
