Home

I have been dabbling in things of wood for many years.  After a decade of cabinet making I decided to try my hand at lathe turning wood into decorative vessels.  You may take a tour of my workshop.

My work was inspired by my Father who was a craftsman and self-representing artist for at least 50 years.  He started woodworking by building cabinets and progressed into furniture then decorator items.  By word-of-mouth, my Father was known and he has had people from other countries visit and take pictures of his work.  A trade publication from England published an article featuring several of his pieces.  Pops passed away May 22, 2003; as a tribute to his memory and the thousands of items he built, I have posted photos of just a few items on a tribute page.

My wife has graciously volunteered to maintain a website and sell on eBay ... just so we can have room to walk through the house.

Please direct all inquiries to Wood Beginnings.
