A
collection of things that didn't fit anywhere else...
Some
views didn't deserve their own page, so we've included
them here.
For example, here are two pictures
of bedroom 2, home to a teenage girl. It was almost
clean on this day...
The living room is connected to
bedroom 3 and the guest bath, forming a sort of apartment
that we used for an aging parent. It allowed some isolation
and privacy, while still keeping it easy to care for
him. (Funny - it works pretty much the same
way for a teen age boy...) The room is currently
seeing service as the bedroom for our
resident rock-star-in-training. In August, he goes
to college and the room will revert to a living
room.
The workshop is divided into 3
main sections: the playroom, the storage room, and the shop.
The pictures below show the shop. By the way, you, my
wife, and both kids are right - I have too much
junk...

Only the south door panel is swung out
in this picture. With both panels open to the patio, you
get a large covered working area. In the winter, just a small
space heater will take the chill out.
