If
you need to contact me, it is easier and faster if you email me at the following address:
I
attempt to answer messages no later than one day after being received.
Summary
grades will be posted approximately every two weeks. Accessing the online
grades will require the student's district ID number and a password issued by
the school site technician. You will need to save the password in a safe place.
If you already have a district password from either another school and/ or another child you
will use the established password
and the student's ID number. Establishing a replacement for a lost password
must be done manually by our site technician and you could face a delay in
receiving the new password.
I
will enforce:
The
SRHS Academic Honesty Policy that is posted online at the following URL:

Class changes will not be allowed after the first grading period. A student who drops a course after the first grading period of a semester for reasons within their control, or who is dropped because of his/her behavior in class is detrimental to the welfare of the class may receive an "F/U" grade on his/her semester grade reports and cumulative grade history records. Grades reported on the semester report card are part of the student's cumulative grade history records. When students withdraw from a class for reasons not within their control, the school shall evaluate individual circumstances and determine whether a grade should appear on the student's cumulative grade history record
Students
are required to bring necessary materials to class everyday it meets. In addition to their notebook with
paper, textbook and homework, there are a few items listed in the course
syllabus that students must always bring to class. Algebra students
will need a scientific calculator or a graphing calculator, some graph paper
and pencils. Pre-Calculus
students will need some graph paper,
pencils and a graphing calculator (preferably a TI-84 silver). If any of these items presents a
financial hardship (especially the graphing calculator) please leave me a note
on the signed portion (page two) of this document.
Please make note of the afore mentioned addresses and please read the
course syllabus for details of each course. Printed copies of the syllabus or
Academic Honesty Policy are available upon request.
