Necks

Zolla necks, constructed of eastern rock hard maple, can be ordered in the standard "Strat*, Tele*, P-Bass*, and J-Bass*" along with various other styles, including the highly popular "Rhoads*" neck, which is Zolla's masterpiece. The headstock is cut at a 13º tilt-back angle, unlike the majority of our competitors who glue the headstock's to their necks.

Every neck is handcrafted, allowing a wide variety of contours and feel. The standard neck incorporates a maximum effective, double expanding hardened steel truss rod, adjustable at the butt, precision machined in the Zolla shop. Any style of headstock can be ordered and comes standard with 5/16" key holes for guitars and 9/16" holes for Basses. We'll gladly ream peg holes to accommodate other tuners at no extra charge!

Zolla 425 and 426 Bass Conversion Necks

The 425 (Four to Five String) Bass Conversion Neck, by way of it's unique special route, allows you to convert your existing four string Bass to a five string Bass with no damage or routing to your guitar. The standard nut is
1
15/16" and has P-Bass spacing at the bridge. We've also done a little special shaping on the back of the neck which makes it feel a lot smaller. While four string Bass pick-ups do work, we recommend five string pick-ups be used*. Fretless necks with or without lines and dots are also available.

The 426Bass Conversion Neck is basically the same as it's predecessor, the 425™, with the exception of the nut width measuring 2 1/16" and the butt
3
1/16".

Zolla 627 Guitar Conversion Neck

The 627 Guitar Conversion Neck is much like it's brothers, the 425and 426Bass Necks, whereas a little special routing on the butt of this neck, that measures 1 7/8" at the nut and 2 1/2" at the butt, allows you to replace your six string neck with our wider 7 string neck with no routing to your existing guitar. Six string pick-ups do work, but once again, we recommend seven string pick-ups be used*.

*Seymour Duncan pickups are available for all Zolla Conversion products.
