Other Food Notes &
Comments
Poultry:
when pH testing numerous poultry items (chicken, turkey, Cornish hens,
gaming hens), the pH level was found to be 7.2 and above (most tested at about 8
pH level), AFTER being cooked. These poultry items were from regular grocery
stores and natural health food stores. Some were labeled 100% organic, free
range, anti-biotic & hormone free, natural, etc. They were all found to be saturated with
alkaline chemical/s.
Red Meats:
all red meats are copper negated because the animals are fed copper
deficient and copper depleting diets with sulfates, phosphates, and zinc in
abundance in particular. Much of the animals’ diets consist of Genetically
Modified (GM) food sources which are alkaline proteins. Most cows/cattle are
butchered between the ages of 18 – 22 months, before they start displaying signs
of “mad cow”, copper deficiency symptoms.

1)
Fish:
most fish is loaded with omega-3 “essential fatty acids”. Omega-3’s are
blood thinners, so this will further deplete body copper stores, especially when
there is no copper being replenished from other food sources.
Genetically Modified (GM): GM foods are being labeled “ORGANIC”
now. High copper protein food crops should be acidic; copper has an acidic pH
level of about 5.5, and if the pH of the food tests higher than that, the copper
status is decreased and is negated. GM food proteins have been modified to a
higher pH than the copper contained in them in order to negate the copper in the
food, and will test higher than 5.5. Monsanto praises their GM protein food; now
farmers can cut down on the amount of (alkaline, copper negating) fertilizilers/pesticides and this provides environmental
safeguards. In reality the alkaline fertilizers/pesticides are not needed now
because they have built in the copper negating effects right into the plant
itself by changing the acidic protein to an alkaline protein. (Refs 2, 3)
“High Copper” Foods: we have been given a long list of
“copper rich” foods that supposedly provides us our dietary requirements for
copper, however, when checking their “official” list you will notice that these
foods have sulfur in abundance. The
sulfur binds with copper and further depletes the copper stores in the body, and
negates any copper that may have been present in the food. You will also note on packages of
various nuts and grains, there is no mention of ANY copper contained in the
item. If there is even 1 – 2% of the
Herbs & Raw Food Diet: most herbs we are “permitted”
to have access to, are those herbs that are blood thinning, alkaline, and
deplete copper status of the body.
Very harmful
herbs to copper status are those herbs which are astringent, diuretic,
liver, and bile promoting herbs.
Binding herbs are very harmful to copper status as well. They bind with
copper and move it out of the body.
Some herbs (and
supplements) may make you feel better for a short while – this is because
the herbs are binding with the unbound copper in the body and making it
temporarily available for the body to use.
However, when the unbound copper runs out you are in worse condition
because the copper is further depleted. Remember, we no longer are getting
(miniscule if any) copper replenished because it is no longer in the food or
food chain.
Partial Herb
List: dandelion, alfalfa,
chlorella, licorice root, cascara sagrada, yellow
dock, burdock, pau d’arco,
hyssop, sarsaparilla, goldenseal, Echinacea, kelp, bladderwrack, red clover, buckthorn, barberry, rehmannia, codonopsis, dong quai, ginseng, motherwort, chaste tree, white oak bark,
ginger, ashwaghanda, garlic, gotu kola, astragalus, juniper,
parsley, saw palmetto, prickly ash bark, burdock, plantain, milk thistle, Oregon
grape, barberry, corn silk, horsetail, couch grass, gravel root, uva ursi, nettles, cilantro,
bugleweed, irish moss, St John’s wort, shizandra, mushrooms,
chaparral, red root, artichoke leaf, fringe tree, bayberry, cayenne, chamomile,
rosemary…..
Raw food diets
which are alkaline, further deplete copper in the
body and increase severity of copper deficiency symptoms.
(Note: raw food diet and herbal knowledge was
gained mainly through recent experience.)
Naturapathic/Alternative
protocols: these
protocols further deplete copper stores in the body. Colonics, coffee enemas, infra-red
saunas, ionic baths, magnetic clay baths, chelation “therapies”, homeopathic “remedies”,
etc.
Other Sources That Deplete Copper in the
Body: radiation
(depleted uranium, computers, televisions, high power lines, cell phones),
vaccines. Vaccines can act very
quickly with many people in depleting their copper stores – this is why so many,
especially children, are having so many health problems at an early age.
Fillers, Binders,
& Excipients.
Minerals, Vitamins, & Amino Acids that deplete
copper: molybdenum,
iodine, manganese, zinc, chlorine, fluoride, phosphorus, sulfur, cysteine & methionine (sulfur
amino acids), glycine, tryptophan, alpha-lipoic acid,
glutathione, all vitamins. The electrolytes (calcium, magnesium, potassium &
sodium) will deplete copper, since there is no copper available in the food
chain any more. In order for the body to be able to use the other minerals
properly, there has to be sufficient copper in the body and the diet.
Enzymes:
especially protease enzymes.
OTHER ANTI-COPPER
INGREDIENTS
This list is ONLY PARTIAL – there is no way
to list the thousands of alkaline, blood thinning, & copper antagonist
chemicals in this writing. You can
find these on food and personal care product labels. Any chemical name with an electrolyte
(calcium, magnesium, potassium & sodium) as part of the name has a very high
pH level and is toxic to the body when copper is already deficient in the body
and the diet. Also, anything derived from phosphorus, sulfur, alkaline amino
acids, is very harmful to the body as well.
Other
Ingredients Found on Food Labels:
high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, sugar, oils (soy, corn,
cottonseed, etc), phosphoric acid, aspartame, MSG, calcium carbonate, barley
malt, enriched flour, phosphates, monocalcium
phosphate, di-calcium phosphate, tri-calcium
phosphate, calcium sulfate, colors, whey protein, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium stearoyl
lactylate, soy protein….
Other Ingredients
Found on Personal Care Product Labels:
sodium laurel/eth sulfate (sulfur based), most herbs that are
used, parabens, betaine,
propylene glycol, sodium stearate, anything with a
number in it, tetrasodium, D&C colors, sodium
bicarbonate, sodium monofluorophosphate, oils,
potassium benzoate, potassium myristate, potassium
stearate…..
Remember, since copper is not
getting replenished, most if not all minerals and chemicals are harmful to the
body. And, since 95% of us are
already copper deficient these chemicals are further depleting existing copper
stores in the body.

of certain neurodegenerative diseases including the polyglutamine diseases (such as Friedrich ataxia and
