Mary Elizabeth Hollenbach
1949 - Feb. 13, 2007

Mary Elizabeth Hollenbach Known by her family and freinds as "Liz" died at home on February 13, 2007. She was 59 years old. Liz had been employed AARP and AFFI as Senior Convention Director. She began her career in the Airlines, Hotel and Real Estate industries. Liz was a graduate of Mount Lebanon High School in Pittsburgh.

She was the loving wife of the late Robert C. Hollenbach; sister of Anne (James) Johnson of Huntington, NY; aunt of David (Karrygan) Johnson of Toledo, OH, Erin (Ryan) Taylor, Lauren and Abigail Taylor of Cincinati, OH. She is also survived by her sons in-law, Robert C. Hollenbach of Chicago, IL and Ray Hollenbach of Campbellsville, KY as well as their wives and children.

Liz was an active member and director of the Capital Area Carcinoid Survivors and opened her lovely home on several occasions to the entire group for very enjoyable social get-togethers. We will all miss her.

Liz graced the world with her love, warm, wit, beauty, grace, generosity and creativity. A memorial service was held at the National Funeral Home in Falls Church, VA on Saturday, February 17 at 2 p.m.
