This charming home on the

Great Sacandaga Lake

in Broadalbin was built in 1932 and has remained in our family ever since.

The wide, flat lawn leading down to the private beach is perfect for sports, games and taking in the spectacular view. There is a canoe available for paddles to nearby Sand Island.

The house sleeps 13 people in beds. Upstairs has three rooms with double beds, one room with twin beds and one dormitory style room for all the kids.

Downstairs features a living room/kitchen open floor plan.

Off the kitchen are the pantry and bathroom, as well as a spare bedroom/changing room with bunk beds.

Included in rental is a tastefully sited Porta Potty to give you extra bathroom capacity.

The living area is doubled by a covered porch with 13 rocking chairs.
