Hello Everyone,
Due to the fires in San Diego, we regret to inform you that our home was one of the unlucky ones that did not survive and was lost on Sunday October 26, 2003 to the Cedar fire. We are rebuilding and when we are finally finished with our new home, we will begin our House Concert series again. We hope to see our old friends as well as new when we start up again. Please check back with us to see pictures of the after fire to the rebuilding and finally our first House Concert after the fire.

Nestled in the foothills of East County, just 30 minutes from downtown San Diego California, lies a small community called Harbison Canyon that is between El Cajon and Alpine . It is here that Canyonfolk House Concerts came into being.
Hi, we are Bill and Shirlee and we opened our doors to family, friends, and neighbors April 5, 2003 by hosting our first house concert with Berkley Hart. We wish to share our love of music in it's purist form not only with our close friends and family but with you and others who have the same love of music. All donated proceeds from ticket sales go directly to the performers. We hope to bring a rich and diverse blend of styles of acoustic music from Alternative Folk, Rock, Country, Bluegrass, and others in an intimate environment.
Every concert will include a complimentary desert pot-luck buffet with coffee, tea, and bottled water. It is not required for guests to contribute, but it makes for a much more tastier buffet of treats when they do. If you would like to bring one of your favorite recipes then by all means please do!
