This armored personnel carrier serves a variety of fundemental roles.
The Profor conversion installs an airlock and fresher system. For rapid deployment the interior of the vehicle is evacuated. The airlock is located between the crew compartment and the carriage compartment. It can be used by one person in ACA or a spacesuit and provides access to the carriage compartment and exterior of the vehicle. Crew is normally outfitted in ACA. Fresher system includes hookups for accepting waste from battledress and ACA sanitation systems.
