Traveller is an RPG (Roll Playing Game) that has been around since the 1970's. It is one of the oldest RPG's and is probably the first Science Fiction RPG ever created. It's creator was Marc Miller, who through his company FarFuture Enterprises still owns all rights to the game. Several companies have published Traveller source books under different incarnations. Many other companies have obtained licenses to publish Traveller adventure material, spacecraft designs, and even boxed games and miniatures.
GURPS Traveller is published by Steve Jackson Games. It brings Traveller into the amazingly successful GURPS gaming system. Over 140 GURPS system books have been published. With Traveller SJ Games has committed itself to producing high quality source material that goes beyond anything that has been previously published. It promises to be a very good time to be a Player Character in the Third Imperium, year 1120.
Far Future Enterprises is reprinting the original Classic Traveller material in a series of Large Floppy Volumes (LFV), each of which contains 10 to 12 issues of the material first published by Games Designers' Workshop (GDW).
New to the Traveller Universe is Traveller T20. Traveller using the D20 game system first designed for the Third Edition Dungeons & Dragons RPG, but later modified for use in other roll playing universes. Traveller T20 is published by QuikLink Interactive Inc.
The information on this site is a combination of facts from canon, the vast collection of Traveller published material and information used in my Traveller universe. Much of this material has been gleaned from ideas discussed on the Traveller's Mail List and on the many web pages of it's members, as well as pages from around the world. Any mistakes are my own.

The planetscape of Magash, with the barely visible Magash Highport above the horizon was created by Roger Houseman, who is a better graphics artist than I will every be. I thank him for his efforts.
