We have some brand new one and two-bedroom apartments for rent in our apartment complex located on the street in back of Casa Escalante’s Beach Resort. The second and third floors are completed; the first floor is not yet completed. The one-bedroom apartments rent for $75/night plus tax and the two-bedroom apartments rent for $120/night plus tax. 

Casa Escalante does not have a pool, but swimming is available from our beach accessible through our property. We are located 1-1/2 miles south of the town of San Pedro where at the moment construction of a cobble stone road is underway from the town to just past us, and it should be completed soon. Transportation is by taxi (US$5-6), golf cart rental, bicycle rental, or walk. It's approximately a 35-minute walk along the beach to the town.

The apartments are furnished as follows: We furnish coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dinette set and sofa set. We also provide cable television, dishes, pots and pans, queen size beds with linens, towels and shower curtain. Hot water, air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided. (No washer or dryer in the apartments.)  You will have to supply the groceries and toiletries. Maid service can be provided at extra cost.
