Spatial Relationships

Want to know the general locations of and relative densities of your fellow K-State alumni, friends, and Catbackers? The data in the maps below were derived from either Wichita Catbacker membership records or records given by the Alumni Association. The location addresses of the members were placed using one pass of a Sedgwick County geocoding engine, so locations may vary slightly from actual addresses. See if there are K-Staters in your neck of the woods!

This next map was derived from Alumni Association data for 2007. The top portion of the map is the density layout of the greater Wichita area, whereas the bottom portion of the map is the same data focusing on the Wichita area in a dot format.
