Shipping

I offer flat rate shipping on most of my listings (to U.S. and Canada). The shipping quote is based on the cheapest shipping available (usually First Class and Airmail). In the event the item weighs over 13 ounces but less than 1 pound, I send it Priority Mail. Items over 1 pound are sent Parcel Post or Fedex Ground for heavy items. If you need the item faster, please ask for a Priority quote or Global Priority (for international customers).

I try to ship every item within 3 business days of payment for domestic items and usually every Saturday for international or APO addresses. If you are purchasing multiple items, please wait for a combined invoice so you can pay for all of your purchases in a single Paypal transaction. That benefits us both - I save on Paypal fees and pass on that savings through a better combined shipping price.

The most important information about shipping at CC's Clothes Closet is that if you purchase 3 or more items in a single transaction (one payment), SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ALL!!

Returns

Although I do my best to accurately describe each item I sell, occasionally I will miss a flaw. If you feel you have received an item from CC's Clothes Closet that was incorrectly described, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will ask you to return the item to me for a full refund. Upon receiving the item, I will examine it and if I agree that the item was incorrectly described, I will also refund shipping (both ways).

I trust my buyers - that's why I leave feedback right after you pay. In return, I ask that my buyers trust me to be fair about returns. I do not offer partial refunds and I do not refund until the item is in my possession.

Please read all measurements carefully (and ask for more if you need them) because I am not inclined to offer refunds (and will not refund shipping) for sizing issues.

Best Offers

The "Best Offer" feature is available on most of my Ebay store items. This feature offers the buyer the opportunity to make one offer (the best offer) that is lower that the Buy It Now price listed. I consider every reasonable offer. If you are making Best Offers on multiple items, please let me know if you consider them to be "all or nothing" (accept all or decline all).
