Every child is required to provide the following items to the Pop Warner
organization or your child will not be able to participate this season:

*  - (Filled out completely - Name must match Birth Certificate)

Registration Fees: Tackle football $120 (must have own helmet)
Flag Football $80 (ages 5 and 6 only)
Cheer $80 (must purchase uniform)


**** - If these items have not been turned in yet, they will be collected by your team coach for validation.

Please bring all football players to be weighed at the time of registration.

THE IMPORTANCE OF PRACTICES!!!


Practices begin in the first week of August.  During the month of August, all teams practice Monday through Friday in the evening.  While this may seem like a lot, it is EXTREMELY important for players to attend these practices!  Football is a complex game requiring solid fundamental skills as well as a high degree of teamwork. Players who do not attend these sessions will find it challenging to catch up.  This may cause many families to reconsider their summer vacation plans.
