Our planning services include analysis to determine whether training will effectively meet your goals. When training is the answer, we conduct a learning needs assessment to identify individual job performances that can be improved by training.

Are you unfamiliar with turning product information or course material into an effective course?

Our development services include working with your subject matter experts to develop a course or training program. We also develop courses from current documentation. We write student manuals, instructor manuals, reference manuals, and user guides.

Do you need an instructor to teach your course or does your instructor need to learn effective training methods?

Our delivery services include presenting your existing courses or new ones we develop for you. We prepare your instructors to deliver effective training.

Is it time to update your training program or test a new course to determine what works and what doesn't?

Our evaluation services include reviewing your existing training program or testing your new one. We also write tests to measure whether the participants meet your course prerequisites and tests to measure whether they meet your course objectives.
