2. John Harris Sr was born in 1741 in Prince Edward Co, VA. He married Mary Diuguid, daughter of William Diuguid and Ann Moss, circa 1770 in Prince Edward Co, VA. He died on 23 Nov 1824 in Buckingham Co, VA.

3. Mary Diuguid was born circa 1750.. She married John Harris Sr., son of Thomas Harris and Elizabeth Lindsey, circa 1770 in Prince Edward Co, VA. She died on 8 Apr 1833 in Buckingham Co, VA.

4. Thomas Harris was born circa 1700 in Hanover Co, VA. He married Elizabeth Lindsey before 1739. He died on 16 Feb 1784 in Prince Edward Co, VA.

5. Elizabeth Lindsey married Thomas Harris, son of William Harris and Mary Giles, before 1739.

6. William Diuguid was born circa 1717. He married Ann Moss, daughter of Alexander Moss and Elizabeth Clopton, on 25 Nov 1745 in New Kent County, VA. He died in 1764.

7. Ann Moss was born on 30 Sep 1724. She married William Diuguid, son of William Diuguid and Jean Henry, on 25 Nov 1745 in New Kent County, VA. She died in 1805.

12. William Diuguid married Jean Henry, daughter of Alexander Henry and Jean Robertson, on 29 Oct 1716. He died before 1726.

13. Jean Henry married William Diuguid on 29 Oct 1716. She married Alexander Donald on 8 Apr 1726.

14. Alexander Moss married Elizabeth Clopton. He died circa 1772 in Cumberland County, VA.

15. Elizabeth Clopton married Alexander Moss.
